We value the trust that our clients, their customers and our customers place in us. The terms “Cross Country,” “we,” “our,” and “us” in this Privacy Policy refer to the following entities that offer the Cross Country Perks benefit program to their members and consumers, as well as customers of their corporate clients: Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., Cross Country Motor Club of California, Inc., Agero Administrative Service Corp. (dba Cross Country Service Corp.), Agero Customer Services, Inc. (dba Cross Country Services), and their affiliates. This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we collect through Cross Country Perks, this website and by other means, how we use it, and the circumstances under which we may share it. This Privacy Policy is provided on behalf of Cross Country and applies to our current and former clients, their customers, and our customers and employees who use the Cross Country Perks program or this website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites or programs that are provided by Cross Country entities apart from the Cross Country Perks benefit program.
